In general, our service automatically gathers certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to AZ-REALTY.COM and its areas. We only use such data in the aggregate. This collective data helps us determine how much our customers use parts of the site, so we can improve our site to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as possible. Disclosure

We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to AZ-REALTY.COM or information you may give us, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, to any outside companies. But as we mentioned above, we may share without website partners aggregated statistical information about the use of AZ-REALTY.COM.

Use of IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. Web servers - the big computers that "serve up" web pages - automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to AZ-REALTY.COM. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our house rules or terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers, or others. Some services within AZ-REALTY.COM such as SmartLOG, may display IP addresses along with login name. Please review each service prior to use and only use those that disclose information you are comfortable with sharing.
